C alifornia has such an incredible variety of amazing golf courses that we've decided it's too hard for us to tell you which ones are our most favorites. So, we did what any self-re- specting media company would do … we asked you the readers to tell us what you think. And boy, did you ever. Let's look at some of the top tracks in California as chosen by you, including a few that earned high marks for value, greens, course conditioning and more. These aren't the kind of rankings that judge a course from the mindful eye of a golf course architecture buff, agronomists and armchair experts. No, these are rankings done by golfers throughout California who love golf and take pride in where they play. With 900-plus courses in the Golden State to choose from, we broke things down by region, making it easier to cast votes in areas that our readers played golf the most. For the full results of our reader survey including all the regions and categories, hop online to calgolfnews. com. For the rest … drumroll, please.
